FNQ Foundation Feast needs 10 hours notice for catering orders, so an order placed the afternoon before is ready for a morning meeting. If your event is sooner than that, call 07 4226 8993 and the kitchen will tell you straight away what is possible.

The minimum order is $24. There is no minimum head count, so a small boardroom morning tea is just as welcome as catering for 100 people. Add a cutlery set including plate, knife, fork and napkin for $1 per person if you need it.

Delivery is $25 to Cairns CBD, Earlville and Stratford, $35 from Brinsmead and Forest Gardens through to Edmonton, and $45 from Redlynch to Palm Cove and Edmonton to Goldsborough. Anywhere further afield is quoted individually. Collection from the Cairns Hospital campus is free.

Yes. Note any dietary requirements or allergens in the Add Notes section when you order and the chefs will work to them. For guests with specific needs, individual boxes are the safest choice because each one is packed and labelled separately rather than shared from a platter.

Yes. Office and corporate catering is the bulk of what FNQ Foundation Feast does. Delivery runs Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm across Cairns and surrounding suburbs. Order 15 to 30 minutes before your meeting so food arrives fresh.

Weekday collection is from Dcafe at Cairns Hospital, D Block Building, 165 The Esplanade, Cairns, between 6am and 5pm Monday to Friday. On weekends, collect from Sea Breeze Cafe in B Block, 165 The Esplanade, between 8am and 4pm. Both are closed public holidays.

You can pay by credit card, PayPal or direct bank deposit. Workplaces can set up an account with 7 day payment terms, which suits organisations that need a purchase order or monthly invoicing rather than paying card by card for every order.

Yes. Cancel or postpone at least 24 hours before your order time, or contact the venue directly. Changing head counts or swapping items is usually fine with reasonable notice, so call 07 4226 8993 as soon as your numbers shift.

FNQ Foundation Feast is the catering social enterprise of the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation. Proceeds support health services across Far North Queensland, spanning nine hospitals, 53 primary health centres and two multi-purpose health services from Tully to the Torres Strait.
